AlignX is a hybrid ontology alignment framework designed for high-precision institutional data integration systems.
Dual-Architecture Methodology
AlignX allows researchers to choose between two primary orchestration strategies depending on the scale and complexity of the ontologies:
Cascada Pipeline
Optimized for Large-Scale ontologies. It filters obvious matches through lexical heuristics before passing residuals to expensive semantic models.
- LOWER LATENCY
- RESOURCE EFFICIENT
Ensamble Weighted
Optimized for Maximum Precision. It runs all mappers in parallel and calculates a weighted consensus for every node pair.
- HIGHEST ACCURACY
- HYBRID CONSENSUS
Razonador Validation
AlignX is one of the few open-source tools integrating **HermiT Reasoner** directly into the UX. Every alignment can be automatically verified for logical consistency (unsatisfiable classes).
- Contradictory disjointness
- Transitive errors
- Hierarchy coherence
Quick Start Guide
Upload Ontologies
Select two .owl or .rdf files in the dashboard.
Select Strategy
Choose "Cascaded" for speed or "Ensemble" for maximum precision.
Verify Results
Use the interactive table to inspect score affinities.
